为了全面了解我国乡镇工业职业危害现状和职业卫生服务需求程度,分析其供需差距并提出切实可行的对策来解决乡镇工业职业卫生服务问题,以保护乡镇工业职工健康,促进乡镇工业的发展。卫生部、农业部于1988年底提出该项课题的初步设想。在世界银行的支持下,1989年经专家论证并在试点调查的基础上,于1990年对15个省(市)30个县(市、区)的乡镇工业职业卫生服务需求进行了调查研究,现报告如下:
