提高生产率永远是人类生产活动追求的目标之一。测试自动化就是提高测试效率的主要途径,也是目前电、磁测量技术中的一个发展方向。所谓自动测试系统就是由各种仪器(称为器件)经适当连接在控制器作用下自动测出人们预定参数的一个组合。可见它必然包括三个部分:控制器——它可以是由硬件组成的简单控制器,也可由目前流行的微处理器充当;测试所需的仪器——它必须可在程控指令作用下改变其功能的所谓可程控仪器;以及其相互的连接部份——即通常所说的“接口”。虽然目前有多种接口,但实践表明在实验室测试范围内采用GP—IB系统是较为适宜的。本刊曾在1979年11、12期上发表过介绍性的文章,为了进一步推广与应用这个新技术,从本期开始举办《GP—IB及其在自动测试中应用》讲座,介绍GP—IB的原理、设计,并以实例说明它在自动测试系统中的应用,预计分七讲。
Increasing productivity is always one of the goals pursued by human activities.
