目的:观察高住高练低训(livinghigh-exercisehigh-traininglow,HiHiLo)与低住高练(livinglow-exercisehigh-traininglow,LoHi)中网织红细胞血红蛋白(CHr)与低色素细胞百分比(HYPO%)的变化。方法:将13名受试者随机分为HiHiLo组7名,每晚于O2含量为14.7%的低氧环境中居住约10h;LoHi组6名,每晚在常氧环境下居住约10h。日间两组同在常氧环境下训练,每周均进行三次低氧训练(14.7%O2,80%VO2max强度)。结果:(1)HiHiLo组未成熟网织红细胞(IRF-M+H)自实验第5天迅速升高,CH/CHr比率倒置,第19天CHr显著降低,同一时间HYPO%显著升高,Hb无显著变化;LoHi组各项指标则无明显变化。(2)HiHiLo组有6名运动员表现为CHr下降同时HYPO%升高,Hb变化存在个体差异。结果提示:HiHiLo组运动员存在功能性铁缺乏;CHr和HYPO%能够在Hb呈现较大差异性变化时,反映机体铁代谢的状态;Hb的差异可能与IRF-M+H变化有一定关联。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the relationship between reticulocyte hemoglobin (CHr) and hypopigmental cell percentage (HYPO%) in livinghigh-exercisehigh-traininglow (HiHiLo) and livinglow-exercisehigh-traininglow (LoHi) Variety. Methods: Thirteen subjects were randomly divided into seven HiHiLo groups, each of which was inhaled for 10 hours in hypoxic environment with O2 content of 14.7%. Six of LoHi patients were housed for about 10 hours under normoxia every night. Both groups were trained under normoxic conditions and performed hypoxia training three times a week (14.7% O2, 80% VO2max intensity). Results: (1) IRF-M + H in HiHiLo group increased rapidly from the fifth day of experiment, the ratio of CH / CHr was upside down, CHr decreased significantly on the 19th day, HYPO% increased significantly at the same time, Hb No significant change; LoHi group indicators no significant change. (2) There were 6 athletes in HiHiLo group with CHr decreasing and HYPO% increasing, there were individual differences in Hb changes. The results suggest that there are functional iron deficits in HiHiLo group athletes. CHr and HYPO% can reflect the state of iron metabolism when Hb shows significant difference. The difference of Hb may be related to the change of IRF-M + H.
