对治疗剂量氩激光光凝后的家兔进行了视网膜电流图(ERG)检查、视网膜丙二醛(MDA)动态观察,以探讨两者的相互关系及评价超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丹参注射液的治疗作用。33只家兔随机分为正常组、对照组、SOD和丹参治疗组。MDA含量在光凝后4h~3d均明显高于正常组,7d时达正常水平。光凝后1d,SOD和丹参治疗组的MDA含量较对照组明显降低,同时ERG的b波振幅较对照组明显恢复(P<0.05)。实验结果提示,ERG可作为激光视网膜损伤及用药后功能恢复的1个指标。
Retinal electrocardiogram (ERG) examination and dynamic observation of retinal malondialdehyde (MDA) were performed in rabbits after laser photocoagulation with therapeutic dose of argon laser to explore the correlation between them and evaluate the relationship between superoxide dismutase (SOD) and salvia miltiorrhiza Injection of the therapeutic effect. 33 rabbits were randomly divided into normal group, control group, SOD and Salvia treatment group. MDA content in 4h ~ 3d after photocoagulation was significantly higher than the normal group, reached the normal level 7d. At 1 day after photocoagulation, the content of MDA in SOD and Salvia miltiorrhiza groups was significantly lower than that in control group, meanwhile, the amplitude of b wave in ERG was significantly recovered compared with control group (P <0.05). Experimental results suggest that ERG can be used as an indicator of laser retinal damage and functional recovery after treatment.
