由于三门峡枢纽建成后下泄水流、泥沙条件的改变,下游河道将发生新的变化,预测这些变化,对编制下游整治规划、确定整治措施以及研究三门峡建成后的下游防洪问题,都有重大意义。本文就黄河下游历年的实测资料进行了比较系统的初步分析,对黄河下游河道平面摆动的现象和变化规律作了初步的探讨,这是很有价值的。但是,这是一个异常复杂的问题,特别是关于平面摆动的规律,我们掌握得更少,为了解决这个问题,还必须进行广泛的研究工作。因此,我们希望各方面能够针对这一问题开展讨论,为研究工作提供更多的资料。在这一次讨论中,特别希望从事下游修防工作的同志踊跃参加,因为你们有着丰富的实际体会。
Due to the change of discharged water and sediment conditions after the Sanmenxia Project is completed, new changes will occur in the downstream channels. Predicting these changes is of great significance to the planning of downstream remediation, the determination of remediation measures and the research on the downstream flood control after completion of the Sanmenxia Dam. In this paper, a systematic and preliminary analysis is made on the measured data of the lower reaches of the Yellow River in the past years. Preliminary discussions are made on the phenomenon and the variation of the plane wobbles in the lower Yellow River. This is of great value. However, this is an extremely complicated issue. Especially with regard to the law of plane wobbles, we have less mastery. In order to solve this problem, we must carry out extensive research work. Therefore, we hope that all parties can discuss this issue and provide more information for the research. In this discussion, comrades who wish to work on downstream remediation work are especially encouraged because you have a wealth of practical experience.
