目的探讨临床药剂工作应用持续质量改进措施的价值。方法我院药剂科从2013年开始实施持续质量改进措施,对比分析实施前后效果。结果实施后药剂人员工作合格率、药品发放差错率及患者满意率均优于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在临床药剂工作中开展持续质量改进措施,应用价值高。
Objective To explore the value of continuous quality improvement measures in clinical pharmacy. Methods Pharmacy in our hospital from 2013 to implement continuous quality improvement measures, comparative analysis of the results before and after implementation. Results After the implementation of the pharmaceutical staff work pass rate, error rate of drug delivery and patient satisfaction rate were better than before implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion It is of high value to carry out continuous quality improvement measures in clinical pharmacy.
