随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,面对日趋激烈的市场竞争,要充分发挥党的思想政治工作优势,推动企业持续健康快速发展,是摆在许多国有企业面前的一项重要课题。本文通过分析案例总结出国有企业开展企业文化建设、创新党的思想政治工作的有效途径,为推动国有企业党的思想政治工作创新提供了借鉴。
With the acceleration of global economic integration and the increasingly fierce market competition, it is an important issue for many state-owned enterprises to give full play to the advantages of the party’s ideological and political work in order to promote the sustained, healthy and rapid development of the enterprises. By analyzing the case, this paper summarizes the effective way for state-owned enterprises to carry out corporate culture and innovate their ideological and political work, and provides reference for promoting the innovation of the ideological and political work of the state-owned enterprises.
