The global arid and semi-arid region accounts for about 43% of the total land area. Due to the fragile ecological environment in arid and semi-arid regions, it is a sensitive area for global change. Natural disasters such as droughts and floods are frequent and endangered, with increasingly depleted water resources and deteriorating environmental quality, especially soil desertification and salinization, which threaten the survival of mankind and pastures and restrict the economic development and social development in the region progress. It is an urgent task for remote sensing workers in all countries to use remote sensing technology to monitor and predict the current situation and the changing trend of natural environment in arid and semi-arid regions. Remote sensing survey and assessment of regional natural resources provide the macro-decision-making basis for relevant government departments of all countries. To this end, approved by the State Science and Technology Commission, the National Association for Science and Technology, by
