四川旺苍西南水泥有限公司(原广元广旺卢家坝水泥有限责任公司)于2012年1月1日被大型中央企业、世界500强的中国建材集团重组,现隶属于中国建材集团西南水泥有限公司。公司按照广元市委、市政府积极落实省委、省政府“两个加快”的总体要求和“资源就地转化”战略,于2008年6月投资建设的2500t/d熟料新型干法水泥生产线,属于广元市灾后恢复重建的重点工程项目。
