采用煤粉为还原剂,在1 573~1 873K的温度条件下进行TiO2含量为61.85%的钛铁矿的碳热还原实验,并采用XRD、SEM等技术手段分析了还原产物的物相变化和微观形貌。结果表明,当C与钛铁矿中全部氧化物的碳氧比例≥1∶1时,钛铁矿的还原产物全部为TiC和金属Fe。即采用碳热还原法可以从钛铁矿中获得TiC/Fe复合材料,为钛铁矿中Fe和Ti的资源综合利用提供参考。
The pulverized coal was used as reducing agent to carry out the carbothermal reduction experiment of ilmenite with the content of 61.85% TiO2 under the condition of 1 573 ~ 1873K. The phase transformation of the reduced product was analyzed by XRD and SEM Micro topography. The results show that the reduction products of ilmenite are all TiC and metal Fe when the ratio of carbon to oxygen of all oxides in C and ilmenite is ≥1:1. That is, the carbothermal reduction method can be obtained from the ilmenite TiC / Fe composite materials for the comprehensive utilization of Fe and Ti ilmenite resources.
