大型离心式压缩机、轴流式压缩机、风机及蒸汽透平机常会由于设计、安装和操作中的问题产生气体动力激振,这种激振力可大到使机组完全失去稳定,从而产生严重的破坏性振动。本文描述了几类气体动力激振的机理,频谱特征,并例举了工厂大机组产生气体动力激振的情况和处理办法,着重指出了气体动力激振的特点是表现为亚异步振动,多数情况可激起转子系统的一阶自振频率。振动一般与机器的转速及负荷有关,并且会影响到轴承力的大小和方向,对于工厂大机组振动问题的分析可提供参考。
