沥青混合料的抗剪切强度对环境温度十分敏感,在30~60℃温度范围内,沥青混合料的抗剪切强度变化明显。本文通过试验对比分析不同温度下沥青混合料抗剪切强度的测试结果,并运用3次Hermitian样条插补拟合方法推导得出适用于现场30~59.9℃温度环境下检测沥青混合料抗剪切强度的温度修正系数方程。确定了现场环境不同温度下抗剪切强度修正系数。并通过试验验证温度修正系数符合工程应用要求。
The shear strength of asphalt mixture is very sensitive to ambient temperature. The shear strength of asphalt mixture changes obviously in the temperature range of 30 ~ 60 ℃. In this paper, the test results of the shear strength of asphalt mixture at different temperatures are comparatively analyzed by experiments, and the Hermitian spline interpolation fitting method is used to deduce that it is suitable for testing the asphalt mixture shear resistance under the temperature of 30 ~ 59.9 ℃ Tensile strength of the temperature correction factor equation. Determine the anti-shear strength correction factors at different temperatures in the scene. And verified by the test temperature correction coefficient in line with engineering requirements.
