在欣赏音乐过程中,如果发现录音机音质发生了 变化,如音量变小、清晰 度不高、层次不清以及 开大音量后扬声器在低 音部分出现严重失真 等。遇到此现象后,如果不是磁头表面粘有污物或者磁头寿命已告终止,就是磁头安装尺寸发生了变化。众所周知,磁头工作面有一条垂直前缝,这是磁头的工作缝(图1)。缝宽只有几个微米,安装磁头时要求这条前缝与磁带走向垂直。虽然工厂在生产过程中使用仪器和磁头方位校准带已将磁头方位调整好,但由于搬动、运输或使用不当等造成振动,将会出现工作前缝倾斜。如果略有倾斜,应付发生高频衰减,其程度与前缝长度(立体声与单声道有所不同)有关。参照图2。严重倾斜不但音质变坏,还会出现 In the process of listening to music, if you find that the sound quality of the recorder has changed, such as the volume becomes smaller, the clarity is not high, the level is unclear and open the loudspeaker in the bass part of the serious distortion and so on.
