目的:研究调胃舒颗粒剂对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜病理改变、增殖细胞核抗原和核转录因子的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法:40只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、调胃舒颗粒剂治疗组、三九胃泰组。每组10只。在造模成功后分别给予调胃舒颗粒剂水溶液,三九胃泰颗粒水溶液灌胃治疗。治疗结束后观察大鼠胃黏膜病理改变、核转录因子平均光密度和增殖细胞核抗原增殖指数。结果:与三九胃泰治疗比较,TG治疗后的核转录因子平均光密度和增殖细胞核抗原增殖指数均显著优于前者(P<0.05)。其病理图片与三九胃泰组比较,胞核阳性弱,范围小,阳性区域局限。结论:表明TG对大鼠CAG的治疗中,在病理改变、核转录因子平均光密度和增殖细胞核抗原增殖指数改善方面均优于三九胃泰治疗。
Objective: To study the effect of Tiaoshu Shu granules on pathological changes of gastric mucosa, proliferating cell nuclear antigen and nuclear transcription factor in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis and to explore its mechanism. Methods: Forty SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, TGP group and Sanjiuweitai group. Each group of 10. After success in modeling were given Tiaoshu Shu granules solution, Sanjiuweitai particles aqueous solution gavage treatment. After treatment, the pathological changes of gastric mucosa were observed, the average optical density of nuclear transcription factor and proliferating cell nuclear antigen proliferation index. Results: Compared with Sanjiuwei Weitai treatment, the mean optical density of nuclear transcription factor and proliferation index of proliferating cell nuclear antigen after TG treatment were significantly better than the former (P <0.05). The pathological picture compared with Sanjiuweitai group, the nucleus positive weak, small range, the positive regional limitations. Conclusion: It is concluded that TG is superior to Sanjiuweitai in the treatment of CAG in pathology, the average optical density of nuclear transcription factor and the proliferation index of proliferating cell nuclear antigen.
