商业模式结构研究一直是商业模式研究领域的重点问题,但现有研究还存在多方面不足。本文从集成化视角,应用扎根理论整合32篇文献的商业模式构件与影响因素,构建了一个构件更为细化和全面的解释性商业模式结构模型。该模型不仅为解释不同类型企业的商业模式价值创造提供了一个普适性样板,还可应用于商业模式评估与诊断、商业模式创新策略归纳和指导商业模式创新,并为研究更深层的商业模式问题奠定了基础。本文也通过实际案例对主要应用作了例证。
The study of business model structure has always been a key issue in the field of business model research. However, there are still many deficiencies in the existing research. From the perspective of integration, this paper applies the grounded theory to integrate the business model components and influencing factors of 32 documents, and constructs a more detailed and comprehensive explanatory business model structure model. This model not only provides a universal model for explaining the value creation of business models of different types of enterprises, but also applies to business model assessment and diagnosis, business model innovation strategy induction and guidance business model innovation, and studies deeper business models. The problem lays the foundation. This article also exemplifies the main applications through practical examples.
