本文应用光、电镜观察了不同胎龄胎儿晶体囊及晶体上皮超微结构。结果表明随胎龄增长晶体上皮细胞由立方形向低立方,核由长椭圆形向扁椭圆形发展。胞质中各种细胞器逐渐减少,但细丝逐渐增多。提示晶体的弹性与日俱增。而粗面内质网在胎龄第5~6个月时最发达,说明晶体蛋白质的合成旺盛,为晶体上皮向晶体纤维过渡提供所需的物质基础。文中并就先天性白内障的病因进行讨论。
In this paper, we observed the ultrastructure of fetal lens capsule and lens epithelial of different gestational age by light and electron microscope. The results showed that as the gestational age increased, the number of epithelial cells from cubic to low cube, the nucleus from long oval to flat oval. Cytoplasm in a variety of organelles gradually reduced, but the filament gradually increased. Prompt crystal flexibility is increasing. The rough endoplasmic reticulum in the gestational age of 5 to 6 months when the most developed, indicating that the synthesis of crystal protein exuberant for the crystal epithelium to the crystalline fiber to provide the necessary material basis. The article discusses the etiology of congenital cataract.
