近年来,在教师专业化的进程中,作为实现教师专业化的显性措施之一的各地中小学名师评选(包括骨干教师评选)活动开展得如火如荼、方兴未艾,各省、地、市、县,乃至乡镇、学校都评选出了自己的名师(或骨干教师)。然而,这热热闹闹、一哄而上的名师评选,在广大教师中引起的反响却并未见好,有的地方的名师评选甚至给教师带来了诸多困惑,遭到了许多诟病;名师“不名”的情况普遍存在。这表明,名师评选存在着急需纠正、克服的严峻问题。
