目的探究饮食护理干预对恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间营养状况的影响。方法将我院收治的80例恶性肿瘤患者患者作为观察对象,所有患者的入院时间为2014年2月至2016年2月。将其采用抽签法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组中40例患者。观察组给予患者针对性的饮食护理干预,对照组给予常规护理。分别观察统计两组患者在护理后的营养状况。结果在护理前,两组患者的营养状况基本无明显差异(P>0.05),而在进行护理干预后,观察组患者的营养状况有了显著的提升,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性的饮食护理干预对于恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间营养状况具有一定的作用,能够帮助患者改善营养状况,提升患者的抵抗力,增强营养,让患者能够更好的接受治疗,具有较高的医学价值,值得在临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of dietary nursing intervention on the nutritional status of patients with malignant tumor during chemotherapy. Methods Eighty patients with malignant tumors who were treated in our hospital were observed. All patients were admitted from February 2014 to February 2016. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group by lottery method, 40 patients in each group. Patients in the observation group were given dietary nursing interventions, while patients in the control group were given routine care. Observe the nutritional status of the two groups after nursing. Results Before nursing, the nutritional status of patients in the two groups had no significant difference (P> 0.05). After nursing intervention, the nutritional status of the patients in the observation group was significantly improved, which was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusions Targeted dietary nursing intervention has a certain effect on the nutritional status of patients with malignant tumor during chemotherapy, which can help patients to improve their nutritional status, enhance patient’s immunity, enhance nutrition, enable patients to receive better treatment, and have higher medical Value, it is worth in the clinical promotion.
