探讨了八朔蜜柑与温州蜜橘的未成熟果实粉末的美白作用。方法及结果：①抗酪氨酸酶作用：以近畿大学汤浅农场栽培的柑橘类果实制备50%乙醇提取物作为样品。在观察对黑素合成酶酪氨酸酶活性的影响时发现,水晶柚、未成熟八朔蜜柑具有强的抗酪氨酸酶作用。水晶柚与八朔蜜柑富含的二氢黄酮糖苷柚苷具有强的作用,其次为narirutin、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷。②UV-A、UV-B的吸收作用：由于紫外线
The whitening effect of the unripe fruit powders of Yam and Mandarin oranges was discussed. METHODS AND RESULTS: 1 Anti-tyrosinase effect: A 50% ethanol extract was prepared as a sample from citrus fruits cultivated at Yuasa Farm, Kinki University. When observing the effect on tyrosinase activity of melanin synthetase, it was found that crystal grapefruit and immature gossip mandarin have a strong anti-tyrosinase effect.
