近年我国实行改革开放的政策,乡镇企业、三资企业和私营企业的崛起,使我国国民经济增长迅猛。天津市在70年代工业企业只有四千多家,而至今年上半年,天津市的三资企业已发展到二千多家。有的三资企业规模很大,雇佣员工达数千人。 这种经济结构的巨大变化,无疑使我们的劳动卫生管理工作受到极大的冲击和考验。特别是常年和企业直接接触的基层劳动卫生工作者感觉到,由于劳动卫生立法工作滞后、国营企业普遍不景气和劳动卫生
In recent years, our policy of reform and opening up, the rise of township and village enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises and private-owned enterprises have made our national economy grow rapidly.
