Purpose: Hemodialysis patients with collaborative care model. METHODS: Clinical trials were conducted in 98 patients with uremia who received treatment in the Department of Nephrology and Hemodialysis in our hospital. Of these, 49 patients undergoing hemodialysis were treated with co-care, and these patients were included in the observation group. Another 49 patients were treated as The reference group of the trial continued to adopt routine nursing measures and used the quality of life questionnaire used by the World Health Organization (WHO) to evaluate the quality of life improvement after receiving nursing care as the evaluation criteria of the trial. Results: The indexes in the psychological, physiological, environmental and social fields of the reference group were lower than those of the observation group in the same category. CONCLUSIONS: Through a period of trial observation, the cases taking collaborative nursing care were significantly higher in the evaluation scores than those using conventional nursing measures, and the mathematical statistics between the two were more valuable. Therefore, the method of collaborative nursing for hemodialysis patients can not only improve the patient’s adaptability to the hospital in the province, but also increase the inner comfort. At the same time, as the collaborative care is the high integration of the resources of doctors, family members and patients, To reduce the degree of physical pain in patients. So it has great clinical significance.
