目的 探讨苦参合剂对隐孢子虫(CPS)感染大鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 建立大鼠CPS感染模型,实验第1~17 天给动物口饲苦参合剂。结果 3m l/(kg·d)苦参合剂组的CD3+ 和CD4+ 细胞百分率以及白细胞总数与淋巴细胞计数均明显高于非治疗组(P< 0.01)且与健康对照组无差异(P> 0.05),15m l/(kg·d)苦参合剂组无上述效果。非治疗组的CD3+和CD4+ 百分率和白细胞数及淋巴细胞数均明显低于单纯地塞米松组(P< 0.01)。结论 3m l/(kg·d)苦参合剂能增强大鼠的细胞免疫功能,而15m l/(kg·d)苦参合剂无上述作用;隐孢子虫感染可降低宿主的免疫功能
Objective To investigate the effect of Kushen mixture on the immune function of rats infected by Cryptosporidium (CPS). Methods The rat CPS infection model was established. The animals were given mouth-feeding Sophora flavescens mixture on the first to 17th days of the experiment. Results The percentages of CD3+ and CD4+ cells and total leukocyte counts and lymphocyte counts in the 3m l/(kg·d) Kushen mixture group were significantly higher than those in the non-treatment group (P<0.01) and were not different from those in the healthy control group (P> 0.05), 15m l/(kg·d) Sophora flavescens mixture group does not have the above-mentioned effect. The percentage of CD3+ and CD4+ and leukocyte counts and lymphocyte counts in the non-treated group were significantly lower than those in the dexamethasone alone group (P<0.01). Conclusion The 3m l/(kg·d)bitter mixture can enhance the cellular immune function of rats, while 15m l/(kg·d)bittermilk mixture has no such effect; Cryptosporidium infection can reduce the host’s immune function.
