按铲齿砂轮与侧刃面接触条件而不是仅按新刀刃形确定砂轮截形,并引入数控铲磨。重磨后的每刃线上至少有两点是与精确刃线重合。按共轭理论分析实际铲齿面与理论侧棱面之误差并通过参数优化使之最小化。
According to the contact condition of the shovel grinding wheel and the side blade surface, not only the shape of the grinding wheel is determined by the new blade shape, but also the numerical control shovel grinding is introduced. At least two points on the refinished edge line coincide with the exact edge line. According to the conjugate theory, the error between the actual tooth surface and the theoretical side surface is analyzed and minimized by parameter optimization.
