提起陈连汉,武清县大王古庄中学的老师们没有一个不佩服他的。他自从一九七六年调到这个学校担任高中数学教师以来,勤学苦练,刻苦自修,经过整整两年时间的努力,终于胜任了教学工作。陈连汉是一九五七年杨村师范学校的毕业生。毕业后一直教小学、初中,还做过学校总务工作。一九七六年组织上把他调到社办高中,让他担任两个班的数学课。一开始,他心里有些犯怵,想到:“高中知识丢得差不多了,再拾起来困难可不小。”但是,二十多年来兢兢业业从事教育工作树立的事业心和责任感,促使他大胆地承担了这个任务。
