论述了变安山岩金矿石的矿石成份、矿物特征、氰化浸金的工艺条件。试验结果表明,矿石渗透性差,但可浸性好。矿石氰化浸出时,加入少量L活性聚凝剂能有效地改善矿石渗透性。同时,加入适量双氧水(H2O2),既可减少NaCN耗量,又加快了金浸出速度,缩短了浸出时间,提高金浸出率167%。金浸出率为8108%,最终金回收率为7145%,有较好的经济效益
The ore composition, mineralogical characteristics and technological conditions of cyanide leaching were discussed. Test results show that the ore permeability is poor, but good soaking. Ore cyanide leaching, adding a small amount of L active coagulant can effectively improve the ore permeability. At the same time, adding appropriate amount of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) can not only reduce the consumption of NaCN, but also accelerate the rate of gold leaching, shorten the leaching time and increase the gold leaching rate by 16.7%. Gold leaching rate of 81 08%, the final gold recovery rate of 71 45%, with better economic benefits
