(一)概述在推行全面质量管理过程中,QC小组的活动是一个很重要的环节。每年都有很多QC小组做出r很好的成绩。在成果发表会上往往有十几个或几十个小组发表成果。对成果的评价是一件比较复杂的工作。为了排出名次,一般的习惯作法是由若干名评判员根据统一的标准按各自的看法打分,以此为基础计算出名次序列来。计算的方法较多:有得分平均法(含掐头去尾平均法)、排序名次平均法和排序矩阵法等。这些方法各有利弊,其中以排序矩阵法比较合理,但是由于该法计算过程繁琐,过去用得不多。在计算机应用技术飞速发展的今天,各种计算方法都可用计算机来代替人工计算。计算过程的简繁就不成为推广应用的障碍了。
(A) Overview In the implementation of total quality management process, QC group’s activities is a very important part. Every year, many QC teams make good results.
