我院在1977年学习了上海市第四人民医院先进经验后,在门诊开展了改良烧灼法治疗鼓膜穿孔,取得了较好的效果,现报告如下。操作方法本法在电检耳镜放大下进行操作。首先清洁外耳道及中耳腔。用蘸有鼓膜麻醉剂的小棉片,贴敷在残膜表面,15分钟后取出。然后用小卷棉子蘸50%三氯醋酸少许,烧灼穿孔边缘,使穿孔边缘有1～2毫米苍白区。先用尖针在穿孔边缘0.3～0.5毫米处多点刺入,挑除穿孔边缘上皮后,再以平口刀将苍白区上皮向心性刮破使其出血,出血较多可吸除,也可用
