一、前言近年来,国外出现了一种新的齿轮泵,与渐开线齿轮泵相比,具有齿数少、无根切、无困油、流量大、转动平稳、噪声小、无脉动、寿命长等特点,被认为是当今最佳齿形。一年来,我们先后研究了四种齿形的“节点中心圆弧齿形”。即:直线——圆弧齿条共轭齿形;余弦曲线——圆弧齿条共轭齿形;直线——圆弧齿轮共轭齿形;正弦曲线——圆弧齿轮共轭齿形。其中,齿条共轭齿形和齿形基本一致,而齿轮共轭齿形则是其发展。为使整个齿形叙述清晰,文中着重研究其端面型线,至于齿轮的空间曲面可使其端面型线按等升距螺旋运动形成。文中的图表是根据文中提供的计算公式用电子计算机进行数值计算后绘制而成的。
