研究Wnt途径相关基因蛋白在大肠癌中的表达及其与临床病理参数之间的关系 ,探讨它们在大肠癌发生发展中的作用。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测 82例大肠癌、41例癌旁组织和 2 0例“正常”大肠组织中 β catenin、c myc和EGFR的表达状态。结果 大肠癌中 β catenin异常表达率和EGFR高表达率显著高于癌旁组织和“正常”组织 ;c myc在癌组织中高表达率为 46 .3%。β catenin异常表达和EGFR、c myc高表达与肿瘤的分化程度、有无淋巴结转移、Dukes分期相关。 结论 Wnt途径相关基因蛋白EGFR、β catenin和c myc表达异常在大肠癌的发生发展中起重要作用 ,并与其分化程度、有无淋巴结转移和Dukes分期相关。EGFR高表达、β catenin异常表达和c myc高表达之间在大肠癌的发生发展过程中存在协同作用。
To study the expression of Wnt pathway related gene proteins in colorectal cancer and its relationship with clinical pathological parameters, and to explore their role in the development of colorectal cancer. Methods The expression of β catenin, c myc and EGFR in 82 cases of colorectal cancer, 41 cases of adjacent tissues and 20 cases of normal colon tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The abnormal expression rate of β catenin and the high expression rate of EGFR in colorectal cancer were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues and normal tissues. The high expression rate of c myc in cancer tissues was 46.3%. The abnormal expression of β catenin and the high expression of EGFR and c myc were related to the degree of tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and Dukes stage. Conclusion The abnormal expression of EGFR, β catenin and c myc in the Wnt pathway plays an important role in the development of colorectal cancer, and is related to the degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage. High expression of EGFR, abnormal expression of β catenin, and high expression of c myc have a synergistic effect in the development of colorectal cancer.
