我厂平炉车间一九五四年一至六月份产量、质量、成本等指标全面完成了计划任务,成本降低了二十五亿元,但钢铁料的消耗,却没有一个月完成过计划定额,一至六月实际平均超过计划26公斤,浪费钢铁料1,844吨,损失达二十四亿元,并且超支趋势是逐月上升的。为了扭转钢铁料的超支,进一步降低钢的成本,会计部门会同有关职能科室于六月五日成立工作组在炼钢部领导下,推行了鞍钢「定料炼钢」的先进经验。

In order to reverse the oversupply of steel materials and further reduce the cost of steel, the accounting department, together with the relevant functional departments, set up a working group on June 5 under the leadership of the Steel Manufacturing Department to implement the advanced experience of “steelmaking at Ansteel”.
