9月2-3日,全国矿山救援工作会议在内蒙古自治区呼伦贝尔市召开。国家煤矿安全监察局副局长王树鹤、内蒙卉煤矿安全监察局局长曹安雅出席会议并讲话。各省、自治区、直辖市及新疆生产建设兵团安全生产监督管理局,各省级煤矿安全安全监察机构,总局机关各有关司室,在京直属事业单位,科研院校,新闻单位及各救护大(中)队共计200余人参加了会议。国家矿山救援指挥中心主任王志坚主持会议。王树鹤在会上作了题为《在科学发展观指导下,进一步加强和改进矿山救援工作》的报告,他指出,矿山应急救援关系广大矿工的生命安全,关系改革发展稳定的大局,关系党和国家的形象,是一项政治性很强的重要工作。全国矿山救援战线上的同志要切实增强责任感、使命感和紧迫感,树立“以人为本”的救援理念,转变工作作风和工作方法,全面加强和改进矿山救援工作。

Wang Shuhe made a speech titled “Further Strengthening and Improving Mine Rescue Work Under the Guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development.” He pointed out that the mine safety and rescue work is of vital importance to the overall safety and security of the miners and their relationship with the overall situation of reform, development and stability. The image of the country is a very important political task. The comrades on the national mine rescue front must earnestly enhance their sense of responsibility, sense of mission and urgency, establish a “people-oriented” concept of aid, change their work style and working methods, and comprehensively strengthen and improve mine rescue work.
