农村住宅要适应时代发展的要求。本方案反复征求广大农村住户的意见,设计成一堂六室的二层砖混结构楼房。为了立面好看,考虑加长阳台,这样符合内部结构,堂屋的开间尺寸也增大了,符合农村习惯,餐厅和楼梯间的尺寸也有了合理安排。阳台加长后,住宅的立面也显得大方、美观。阳台的长度为4.8米,在右边山墙安装一根挑梁,再安放一根4.8米的罩面梁。走廊安放平板(B 132)县臂板配筋,以减轻挑梁的集中力。
