我国能够开展船舶融资租赁主要基于两个因素:一是航运企业融资因素。船舶航运是一个高投入、高风险、低回报的行业。船舶购置是航运企业最大的成本支出。二是市场需求因素。我国船队老化严重,结构也不合理,技术状况欠佳。这对造船业无疑是巨大的潜在市场。基于以上两个因素,船舶融资租赁在我国是一种必然的趋势。因此本文拟对我国船舶融资租赁的现状及风险做一个简单分析,以期业界能由此找到商机。 China can carry out financial leasing of ships based on two main factors: First, the shipping business financing factors. Shipping is a high-investment, high-risk, low-return industry. Shipping purchase is the biggest cost of shipping companies. Second, market demand factors. The serious aging of our fleet, the structure is not reasonable, poor technical conditions. This is undoubtedly a huge potential market for shipbuilding. Based on the above two factors, the ship finance lease in our country is an inevitable trend. Therefore, this paper intends to make a simple analysis of the status quo and risks of China’s shipbuilding finance leasing so that the industry can find business opportunities accordingly.
