一个企业的兴衰与财务工作息息相关,财务工作是企业管理的基础,是企业内部管理的中枢,财务管理工作处理着同各个方面的经济关系,渗透和贯穿于企业一切经济活动之中,企业生产经营的每一个环节都离不开财务的反映和调控。所以说财务工作是各项管理工作的物质基础,它在企业管理中属于核心地位。只有有效加强财务管理,才能更好保障机构各项工作的正常进行,提高铁路的经济效益,因此,加强财务工作至关重要。在实际情况中,依然存在很多问题,本文作者从一个基层站段财务人员的角度分析阐述了目前铁路基层站段财务工作存在的现状及存在的问题,并提出了一些相应的改进措施。

The author analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the financial work in the railway grass-roots station and station from the perspective of one grass-roots station financial staff and puts forward some corresponding improvement measures.
