1 前言 现已采用在连铸用铝碳质水口中添加Si和Al,经过烧成,在耐火材料组织内产生碳化物结合和氮化物结合,增强机械强度的方法。但是,这种方法在提高机械强度的同时,弹性模量也会升高,故会降低耐热震稳定性。 SiN_4能发挥出虽提高强度但弹性模量升高较少,在不损坏耐热震稳定性的情况下,能增强强度的优异效果。考虑到含碳耐火材料在
