以Ａｌ２Ｏ３≥８０％的矾土熟料为主要原料制做工作端，以Ａｌ２Ｏ３≥４８％、密度为１．３ｇ·ｃｍ３的轻质材料为隔热端，用轻烧的方式制成的复合砖首次用于４．０ｍ×６０ｍ新型干法水泥回转窑的３２～３７．５ｍ处，使用效果显著。
The Al2O3 ≥80% bauxite clinker was used as the working end, and the lightweight material with Al2O3≥48% and density of 1.3g·cm-3 was used as the heat-insulating end. For the first time, the compound tile is used for the 32~37.5m of the new dry cement rotary kiln of 4.0m×60m, and the use effect is remarkable.
