目的研究石榴皮提取物对大鼠肝微粒体脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用。方法采用维生素C/Fe2+,半胱氨酸/Fe2+诱导大鼠肝微粒体脂质过氧化,通过测定产生的丙二醇的含量,观察石榴皮对大鼠肝微粒体氧化损伤的保护作用。结果石榴皮对维生素C/Fe2+,半胱氨酸/Fe2+诱导的大鼠肝微粒体脂质过氧化有较强的保护作用,与对照组相比差异显著。结论石榴皮对大鼠肝微粒体脂质过氧化具有保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of pomegranate peel extract on lipid peroxidation injury of rat liver microsomes. Methods Vitamin C/Fe2+ and cysteine/Fe2+ were used to induce lipid peroxidation of rat liver microsomes. The protective effect of pomegranate peel on oxidative damage of rat liver microsomes was observed by measuring the content of propylene glycol produced. Results The pomegranate peel had a strong protective effect on vitamin C/Fe2+ and cysteine/Fe2+-induced lipid peroxidation of rat liver microsomes, which was significantly different from that of the control group. Conclusion Pomegranate peel has protective effect on lipid peroxidation of rat liver microsomes.
