黄毛掌为 Opuntia microdasys(Lechm)pfeiff 的茎。原产墨西哥,现常见栽培各地均有为观赏植物药用未见资料记载,化学成分也尚无文献报道。为此我们对它的化学成分进行了定性及分离分析,这为它的药用价值提供宝贵的资料。1 药品、仪器黄毛掌(本地产鲜品二年生)硅胶 G(浙江)滤纸(杭州),UV 分析仪(上海)所用试剂均为分析纯。2 样品的制备取黄毛掌20g,粉碎,加入100ml 蒸馏水煮30min 得样品Ⅰ。另取20g 同上冷浸过液得样品Ⅱ。再取20g,粉碎,加95%乙醇浸泡过液得样品Ⅲ。取20g,粉碎,加石油醚100ml 浸泡过夜得样品Ⅳ。3 试管实验样品Ⅰ-Ⅲ与α-荼酚浓 H_2SO_4;三氯化针-铁氰化钾反应呈阳性。pH5~6。
The yellow hair palm is the stem of Opuntia microdasys (Lechm) pfeiff. Native to Mexico, there are no historical records of medicinal plants used for cultivation. Chemical compositions have not yet been reported in the literature. For this reason, we qualitatively analyzed and separated the chemical composition of the product, which provided valuable information for its medicinal value. 1 Drugs, instruments, yellow hair palm (original product of fresh native products) silicone G (Zhejiang) filter paper (Hangzhou), UV analyzer (Shanghai) reagents are all analytically pure. 2 Preparation of samples Take 20g yellow hair palm, smash, add 100ml distilled water and cook for 30min to obtain sample I. Another sample of 20 g of the same as the above cold-dip sample II. Then take 20g, smash, plus 95% ethanol soaked in liquid sample III. Take 20g, crush, add petroleum ether 100ml soak overnight to obtain sample IV. 3 Test tube samples I-III were positive with α-indophenol concentration H 2 SO 4 ; trichloraceturin-potassium ferricyanide reaction. pH5-6.
