我段现有东风_4型内燃机车34台。多年来的运用实践表明,机车自动过渡系统的使用情况基本上是好的,靠手动按钮维持运行只是暂时的个别现象(因受备品数量和检修周转时间的影响),但在运行中也出现过不少问题,有待厂方进一步研究改进,以提高使用的可靠性。表1为1980年至1983年间我段自动过渡系统的碎修项目统计。由此可见,自动过渡系统的碎修件数较多,也较分散,且无规律性。但从统计数据也可以看到,随着检修质量的提高和产品的更新换代,年平均每十万公里发生的碎修件数,逐年在明显下降。现就我段的使用
