目的:建立测定消核糖浆中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Waters Sun Fire C18,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(12∶88,V/V),流速为1.2 ml/min,检测波长为230 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μl。结果:芍药苷进样量在0.061 0~1.220 8μg范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD<2%;平均加样回收率为98.77%(RSD=1.09%,n=6)。结论:该方法简便、快速,结果准确,可作为消核糖浆中芍药苷的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in ablative syrup. Methods: Using high performance liquid chromatography. The column was a Waters Sun Fire C18 with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (12:88, V / V) at a flow rate of 1.2 ml / min with a detection wavelength of 230 nm and a column temperature of 30 ° C 10 μl. Results: The calibration curve of paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship with the peak area (r = 0.999 9) in the range of 0.061 0 ~ 1.220 8 μg. The RSD of precision, stability and reproducibility was <2%. The average recovery rate Was 98.77% (RSD = 1.09%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and can be used as a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in syrup.
