目的：观察全角膜粘连性白斑行部分穿透性角膜移植术的疗效，探讨其可行性。方法：对10例全角膜粘连性白斑行部分穿透性角膜移植术，其中6例同时切除白内障。结果：术后观察2．3～6．5年，平均4．3年。5例透明，1例半透明，4例混浊。视力同术前3例，7例增进，其中手动／眼前2例，0．01、0．04、0．08、0．09及0．2各1例。眼压同术前，其余正常。结论：全角膜粘连性白斑可行部分穿透性角膜移植术治疗，且有一定优越性。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of partial penetrating keratoplasty with corneal adhesion leukoplakia and explore its feasibility. Methods: Partial penetrating keratoplasty was performed on 10 cases of whole corneal adhesion white spots, of which 6 cases underwent simultaneous cataract removal. Results: Postoperative observation of 2.3-6.5 years, an average of 4.3 years. 5 cases were transparent, 1 case was translucent, 4 cases were cloudy. Visual acuity with 3 cases before surgery, 7 cases improved, including manual / immediate 2 cases, 0.01,0.04,0.08,0.09 and 0.2 each in 1 case. Intraocular pressure with preoperative, the rest of normal. Conclusion: The whole corneal adhesion white spot feasible partial penetrating keratoplasty, and has some advantages.
