The semi-annual service and reliability survey conducted by PC Magazine for 40 desktop and laptop PC manufacturers showed that respondents generally expressed satisfaction with their PCs and after-sales service. In the survey, 17,000 users rated more than 22,000 desktops and more than 5,600 laptops they used in the past two years. For a score of 10 (best score), the average score for desktop reliability is 8.3 points, and the laptop score is 8.2 points. The average scores of “Degree of Satisfaction with Technical Support” and “Satisfaction with Repair Experience” of desktop computers were 7.2 points and 7.6 points respectively, and the average scores of laptops were 7.1 points and 7.2 points respectively. The total rank of the seller is summarized in the reader report card.
