强度、刚度和疲劳寿命是工程结构和机械使用的三个基本要求。当结构所受到的载荷是动态载荷时,结构的响应会比较大,使得结构易于产生破坏,这类属于振动疲劳问题。结构通过动力学分析,得到响应PSD,然后根据响应从频域角度结合材料的S-N曲线进行寿命预测。目前国内外关于振动疲劳的研究比较少。本文总结了国内外解决振动疲劳的模型和方法,并给出了算例比较了不同寿命计算方法。
Strength, stiffness and fatigue life are three basic requirements for engineering structure and machine use. When the structure receives the load is dynamic load, the structure of the response will be relatively large, making the structure prone to damage, this is a vibration fatigue problems. The structure is analyzed by dynamics to obtain the response PSD, and then the life prediction is carried out based on the response from the S-N curve of the material in the frequency domain. At present, there is little research on vibration fatigue at home and abroad. This paper summarizes the domestic and international models and methods to solve the vibration fatigue, and gives an example to compare different life calculation methods.
