为研究并优化先导液压系统,分析先导阀与多路阀的匹配特性,以某型号装载机动臂提升过程为例,运用AMESim仿真软件建立先导液压系统仿真模型,针对性地进行仿真与优化分析,并通过试验进行验证。改进前后的仿真分析结果对比与试验数据对比共同表明:应用AMESim对先导液压系统匹配特性进行优化的方法正确有效,优化后的匹配特性能够满足先导液压系统良好操控性的要求。
In order to research and optimize the pilot hydraulic system and analyze the matching characteristics of the pilot valve and the multi-way valve, taking the boom lifting process of a certain model loader as an example, the simulation model of the pilot hydraulic system is established by using AMESim simulation software to conduct simulation and optimization analysis, And through the test to verify. The comparison of the simulation results before and after the improvement with the experimental data shows that using AMESim to optimize the matching characteristics of the pilot hydraulic system is effective and valid. The optimized matching characteristics can meet the requirements of the pilot hydraulic system with good maneuverability.
