1988年国务院批准建立毕节地区“开发扶贫、生态建设”试验区以来,毕节逐步实现人民生活由普遍贫困到小康、生态环境从不断恶化到明显改善的跨越,“试验区”已成为毕节改革发展的“金字招牌”。如何更好地发挥“试验区”这块“金字招牌”的作用,打造毕节改革发展升级版,应从以下几个方面着力:一是擦亮改革试验先行牌;二是擦亮多党合作共建牌;三是擦亮政策红利集聚牌;四是擦亮创新扶贫示范牌;五是擦亮毕节精神引领牌。
Since the State Council approved the establishment of a Pilot Area for Poverty Alleviation and Ecological Construction in Bijie in 1988, Bijie gradually realized a leap from the general poverty to a well-off life, the continuous deterioration of the ecological environment and the marked improvement. The “test area” has become Bijie reform and development of “gold signboard ”. How to better play the role of “golden signboard” of “experimental zone” and create an upgraded version of Bijie’s reform and development, we should focus on the following aspects: First, polish the pilot plate of reform and reform; second, polish more Party cooperation to build the card; third is to polish policy dividend agglomeration card; fourth is to polish innovation poverty alleviation demonstration card; five is to polish Bijie spirit leading brand.
