有这样一则故事:一个学习很差的学生课堂上举手要求回答问题,可是当老师问到他时,他却答不上来。感到奇怪的老师后来问他为什么不会也举手时,这个学生哭着说“:老师,别人都会,如果我不举手,别人会笑话我。”老师由此感到了学生有一颗强烈的自尊心。他私下里告诉这个学生,下次再提问时,如果会就举左手,不会就举右手。此后,每看到他举左手,老师就努力给他机会让他回答。一段时间后,这个孩子变得开朗
