用自评抑郁量表（SDS）对内科住院病人进行测评，并与国内常模作比较，结果表明，病人抑郁发生率及严重程度明显高于正常人群，尤以脑卒中病人为重，且与病程长短无关。提示及早识别和及时进行抗抑郁治疗的必要性。 The self-assessment depression scale (SDS) was used to evaluate the internal medicine inpatients and compared with the domestic norm. The results showed that the incidence and severity of depression were significantly higher than those in the normal population, especially in stroke patients.
