目的探讨老年急性阑尾炎护理中实施健康教育护理干预的效果,从而找出合适的急性阑尾炎护理措施。方法随机选取自2014年1月至2016年5月间收治的200名患者,作为研究对象,随机分配100例为实验组,剩余100例为对照组,其中对实验组患者在基础护理的基础上,增加了健康教育护理,而对照组的患者仅进行传统的护理。通过对比观察两组患者在住院时间,治愈率,护理满意度等方面,进行对比实验,做出统计学分析。结果实验组的患者在预后状况等方面明显高于对照组,并有效的缩短了患者的住院时间。P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论通过分析两组阑尾炎患者的护理质量从而得出通过对患者进行特殊的健康教育护理可以有效提升护理质量,在临床上具有重要的意义,值得在临床实践中广泛推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on health education in elderly patients with acute appendicitis so as to find the suitable nursing measures for acute appendicitis. Methods A total of 200 patients admitted from January 2014 to May 2016 were selected randomly as study subjects. 100 patients were randomized into experimental group and the remaining 100 patients as control group. The patients in experimental group were treated on the basis of basic nursing On the increase of health education and care, while patients in the control group only traditional care. By comparing the two groups of patients in hospitalization, cure rate, nursing satisfaction, etc., comparative experiments to make a statistical analysis. Results Patients in the experimental group were significantly higher in the prognosis and other aspects than the control group, and effectively shorten the hospitalization time. P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Through analyzing the quality of nursing care of two groups of patients with appendicitis, we can conclude that it is clinically important to improve the quality of nursing by carrying out special health education and nursing for patients. It is worth to be widely used in clinical practice.
