日前,北京市国家安全局公布了《公民举报间谍行为线索奖励办法》,规定公民向北京市国家安全局举报间谍行为线索采用后,将根据其作用、效果,最高可奖励50万元。这一办法虽然是地方行政规定,但反映了群众力量在反间谍活动中的重要作用,意义重大。改革开放以来,我国经济社会快速发展,国防能力日趋增强,国际影响显著提高,一些境外势力为了破坏我国的安全局势,纷纷派出大量谍报人员潜入刺探各种情报。
Recently, the Beijing Municipal State Security Bureau released the “Citizens’ Report of Incentives for Citing Espionage Cues”, which provides citizens with a reward of up to 500,000 yuan based on their role and effect after reporting clues to the Beijing Municipal State Security Bureau. Although this measure is a local administrative requirement, it reflects the important role of the mass forces in anti-espionage activities and is of great significance. Since the reform and opening up, China has witnessed rapid economic and social development, increasing national defense capability and remarkable increase in international influence. Some overseas forces have sent a large number of spies to sneak into various intelligence in order to sabotage the security situation in our country.
