从日本产的一种酿酒用野葡萄(koshu)的种子和皮中分离出四种新的5′-核苷酸酶抑制剂,它们是NPF-88BU-IA,NPF-88BU-113.NPF-88BU-IIA,NPF-88BU-ⅡB,此外还有NPF-881BUI和NPF-88BU-Ⅱ。这些抑制剂具有抗肿瘤和抑制变异链球菌活性的聚酚物质,其活性如下: 5′-核苷酸酶抑制活性:NPF-88BU-I和NPF-88BU-Ⅱ对鼠肝膜的5′-核苷酸酶有抑制活性,IC_(50)分别为10和9.8μg/ml,而NPF-88BU-IA,NPF-88BU-ⅡA.NPF88BU-IB和NPF-88BU-ⅡB对蛇毒的5′-核苷酸酶有抑制性,其IC_(50)分别1.5,1.0.
